F.A.Q.Frequently Asked Questions

We make most of our products in a one bedroom apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. We try to do seasonal collections or drops, mostly consisting of  garments that are designed and sewn in their entirety. We focus our time on finding the best fabrics, making the sewing patterns, grading the sizes, cutting, sewing and finishing these garments. Products like t-shirts and sweatshirts we design are printed in Slovenia. Our knitwear products are all made in Ljubljana.  We strive to provide the best quality of this garments available to us.

if care is not specified on care labels or in the product description on this website, please inquire about garment care at info@lyc.si . Some stuff is pretty delicate.

Some of our product can be made to order. If we have fabric left, you will find a “send and inquiry” form in the product page. Use this form to inquire about us making the product in your specific size or even if the product is out of stock.  You can also send us an email at info@lyc.si . Be aware that that the making of such product may take up to two weeks.

When you place an order on this website, an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order will be sent to the e-mail you provided upon order. Our e-mail can sometimes accidentally end up in your junk folder and/or may be flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders. If you have not received an acknowledgment e-mail from us, please fill out the contact page on our website, providing either the order number or your e-mail address and full name, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from LYC.

We will send you another e-mail upon dispatch of the goods that you ordered to your address. It is upon the sending of this dispatch e-mail that the contract between us is formed. An e-receipt will also be enclosed in this e-mail. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct and your mailbox is working properly, as both the acknowledgment e-mail and the dispatch e-mail with the e-receipt are sent to that e-mail address.

If you wish to change or cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can change or cancel the order before dispatch.

After dispatch our returns policy will apply.

An order of a product made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be changed or cancelled after the order confirmation. However, if you wish to do so, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

We accept direct bank transfer, paypal, and credit card payments via braintree. For Slovenian residents we also offer cash on delivery.

All prices are in charged in Euros (€). Currency can not be changed.

Slovenia: Shipping costs are  3,50€ for all purchases using either GLS or Pošta Slovenije.

UK/Europe: Estimated shipping costs are 12,00 € for all purchases using GLS.

Worldwide: Shipping costs 17,00€ per purchase using DHL postal service. All shipping costs are calculated before you pay at check out. If the item is oversized we will contact you prior to charging more than usual. Non-EU countries may add tax and/or duty to your order – which is not included in shipping costs.

We try to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days, but that depends if the product you order is in stock. Some garments are handmade so they can take up to 10 business days to make if the product is not in stock. You are welcome to contact us before placing an order to make sure when your order will be shipped.

 

Shipping time may vary. Most Slovenian orders arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders can take up to 21 days.

For security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.

 

We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product(s). We also are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.

If we have delivered the incorrect product, or the item is faulty, please notify us within the applicable statutory deadline, and return the item. Please provide proof of purchase. We will examine the item and if we deem it to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund including delivery charges. The refund will be issued to your credit/debit card or using the same means of payment that you originally used to pay for your purchase.

We offer a 15-day return policy on all items purchased on this website. Thus, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of your receipt of the order, and we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

Once we have received the item(s), and subject to fulfilling the return conditions below, a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card or original method of payment – using the same means of payment that you originally used to pay for your purchase – as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days. We will notify you when your refund is processed. Please contact us if you have not received your refund and we will look into it for you.

A full refund or exchange is subject to the return of the products in re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. We will not be liable for returns if the garment is stained by makeup. Please also include a note of your name, order number and phone number with your items, as well as a receipt or other proof of purchase.
