By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms. Please read through these Terms prior to using this website. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this website. These Terms may be amended.

By purchasing any product from this website, you enter into a contract with us on these terms.

The website is controlled and operated in Slovenia. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of Slovenia and any dispute concerning the use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Slovenian courts.

If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as such.

Product Quality

We take great care to describe our products correctly in terms of appearance, colour, texture and finish, and to show photographs with good colour quality. However, some slight variations may occur, particularly in colour. Additionally, what you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. If you believe that the website picture or description was inaccurate and you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@lyc.si

If you have any additional queries about the characteristics of our products, as well as about garment care, please contact us and we will be happy to provide all the information.

Stock Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability.

If any product appears to be out of stock on the website, please contact us and we will do our best to make the product upon request, subject to the availability of the fabric.

Products that can be made to order are clearly marked on the website.

Placing an Order

When placing an order you confirm that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are authorised to use the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

When you place an order on this website, an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order will be sent to the e-mail you provided upon order. Our e-mail can sometimes accidentally end up in your junk folder and/or may be flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders. If you have not received an acknowledgment e-mail from us, please fill out the contact page on our website, providing either the order number or your e-mail address and full name, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from LYU.

We will send you another e-mail upon dispatch of the goods that you ordered to your address. It is upon the sending of this dispatch e-mail that the contract between us is formed. An e-receipt will also be enclosed in this e-mail. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct and your mailbox is working properly, as both the acknowledgment e-mail and the dispatch e-mail with the e-receipt are sent to that e-mail address.

Payment

You can pay via direct bank transfer or cash upon delivery (only for Slovenian residents). We also accept Paypal and credit card payments via Braintree.

All prices are charged in Euros. Currency is not subject to change.

Dispatch, shipping and delivery

Dispatch

Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days, depending on the stock availability of the product. Products that are handmade and are out of stock will be dispatched within 10 business days. You are welcome to contact us before placing an order to inquire when a particular product can be dispatched.

Order tracking

Once you place an order with us, it can be tracked. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail mentioning all the details of your order. In case you did not receive an e-mail with the tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Shipping destinations

We are proud to say we ship worldwide from Slovenia, Europe. For security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.

If you want to edit your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to change the address. Please note that we cannot modify your shipping details once the order has been processed by us. We are also unable to modify the route of a parcel once it has been shipped. Upon editing your shipping address, we will notify you about any changes to the shipping costs.

Shipping times

Shipping times may vary. Most orders to Slovenia arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders can take up to 21 days. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated times, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help and provide the order as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs are calculated before you pay at check out.

Estimated shipping costs for orders to Slovenia are from 3,50 eur to 7,00 eur, depending on the size and quantity of products.

Shipping costs for orders outside Slovenia vary based on the choice of shipping company and quantity and size of products. The estimated average shipping cost is 12,00 eur. If the item is oversized, we will contact you prior to charging more than usual.

Please note that Customs & Excise Duties may apply in regard to countries outside the EU. Payments of Customs & Excise duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping methods

We use the following couriers:

Slovenia: Pošta Slovenije, GLS

UK/Europe: GLS

International: DHL

All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that you use an address where someone will be able to receive your order.

Items lost in post

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you.

If an item goes missing while in the post or a customer has highlighted to us that an order of theirs has not been received, outside the estimated time for arrival, a refund/exchange will only be given if the courier company used by us accepts the status of the parcel as missing.

If you think that your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can inquire into the matter and resolve it, as appropriate.

Order change or cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can change or cancel the order before dispatch.

After dispatch our returns policy will apply.

An order of a product made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be changed or cancelled after the order confirmation. However, if you wish to do so, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy on all items purchased on this website. Thus, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of your receipt of the order, and we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

Once we have received the item(s), and subject to fulfilling the return conditions below, a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card or original method of payment – using the same means of payment that you originally used to pay for your purchase – as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days. We will notify you when your refund is processed. Please contact us if you have not received your refund and we will look into it for you.

A full refund or exchange is subject to the return of the products in re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. We will not be liable for returns if the garment is stained by makeup. Please also include a note of your name, order number and phone number with your items, as well as a receipt or other proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product(s). We also are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.

An order of a product made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned.

If we have delivered the incorrect product, or the item is faulty, please notify us within the applicable statutory deadline, and return the item. Please provide proof of purchase. We will examine the item and if we deem it to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund including delivery charges. The refund will be issued to your credit/debit card or using the same means of payment that you originally used to pay for your purchase.

Material Defects

We remain responsible for material defects relating to the fulfilment of the contract in accordance with statutory legislation.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate and correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Re-selling our products

For retailer or distribution inquiries, please contact us and we will be happy to further assist you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Our right to vary these terms and conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these terms. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.

Privacy policy

We will use any data obtained from you to manage your purchases of products or services and to respond to your queries. We will use, process, keep, share and delete your data in accordance with the relevant legislation.
